We have pleasure in announcing
“AN EVENING OF MAGIC”
Eight members of the famous Magic Circle have been booked to appear in the outstanding theatre setting at Woldingham Girls School on Friday 4th April 2013. The show starts at 7.45pm
Profits from the event will be divided equally between The Orpheus Centre in Godstone and The Children’s Trust in Tadworth. In the provinces it is very rare to have the opportunity of enjoying live, such an abundance of talent in one show. Those attending the show will enjoy skills covering a wide spectrum of the art including mentalism, illusion, manipulation, mystery, comedy and that they will all be performed with great dexterity.
A full house is anticipated, even at this early juncture, as all indications suggest that tickets, that will cost £25.00 each, (Including a free glass of wine at the interval) are starting to be snapped up early.
This will bring the West End out into the country. Do not delay order today by emailing

Our 7th Easter Bunny Fun Run
Date: Sunday morning 13 April Place: Queens Park, Caterham
Have some exercise; maybe join in with some friends and raise some money for charity then reward yourself with an Easter egg on Sunday 13 April in Queens Park Caterham. The Rotary Club of Caterham is holdingthe 7th Easter Bunny Fun Run with a 1k Fun Run starting at 10am and a 5k Race starting at 10.30am. Runners/walkers may choose to raise money for their own charity or for Rotary charities. Every finisher is given an Easter egg with the prize winning best dressed bunnies and fastest runners getting larger eggs.
We encourage charities to put together their own teams to take part in the race and raise funds. In 2012 both The 1st Caterham Scouts and The Sutton & Croydon MS Therapy Centre put in teams and raised about £2,000 each, having great fun doing it.
Last year saw over 400 participants enjoy excellent weather and a party atmosphere on Queens Park. Come and join us in 2014 and help increase the £17,500 donated to charity so far.
The theme is Easter Bunnies and usually many competitors in the 1k and some in the 5k dress up in a wide variety of Bunny outfits. The 1k run is mostly in the park and along Wood Lane with no roads to cross and marshals at each turn. The 5k race is over an undulating course of grass, pathway and track through Chaldon and Caterham on the Hill and while the last competitors have been known to come in hand in hand munching biscuits after well over an hour the course record is 17 minutes 19 seconds. Can you beat it?
The Chair of Tandridge District Council, Beverley Connolly, will be attending to start the runs and present the prizes.
A registration form and fee is required for each runner. The registration fee (non refundable) is £5 for the 5k race and £2.50 for the 1k run. Registration taken out on the day is double the pre registration cost. Registration reserves a place at the start of the race and the finisher’s egg.
